I've had several people ask me how I like my gear to fit. Some people like it real tight and some like it tight in certain areas and loose in certain areas. Some have to wear it a bit loose not because they want to but they don't know how to touch in a bench shirt with a tight one or they cant hit depth in the squat without getting all bunched up!
Here how I wear my gear.

Squat suit an briefs: I wear my briefs really tight. I usually will have to have someone smaller then me wear them for a month or so before I can even get into them then their money for me!! I like them super tight in the legs to the point the first couple time you wear them your legs go numb. the way you get down it by pushing your knees out harder as you go down tell your really pushing hard. I like to wear my suit about the same way! Leviathans can be tricky. when you set up your stance you have to have your toes atleast slightly pointed out. Some people do it more then others. This will allow you to break parallel otherwise your hips will get bunched up and you wont be able to sit through at the bottom. You really have to sit back and push the knees out hard.

And what about your shirt ?My chest is around 48 and Im in a double 48 rage x and it is really hard to get tight and set up good cause the shirt is so tight .I was wondering what size of shirt you use compared to your chest size . Anyways Im trying to break it in on brds but Im getting frustrated and may just stay with a size 50 dbl . Im getting 200 Ibs carry over out of my 50 now but how do you get 250 -300 carry over ? I know guy are getting 300 carry over I just dont understand how . If you go with an insane tight shirt (allthough I have never worn one broke in ) It keeps me from getting set up tight . And if i go with something that fits I can get set up high on my traps with good form and touch but only get 200 Lbs carry over . So How can I make this transition to get more out of my shirt ?? Sorry kinda long questions bro but I figure if anyone would no about this its you

Stay in the size 50, maybe tighten the sleeves if they are loose, but a too tight shirt is not necessary right now. If you are having trouble touching in the 48, lets skip it for now. The only way to get more out of the shirt is to get stronger and get used to feeling that heavier weight. When you start feeling that heavy weight in your hands every week, you will see the increases in strength and carry over in the shirt. Don't worry so much about the shirt, just do the routine I laid out for you and keep me posted!
